Virtual Cell · Molecular Transport — Kling Labs The segmented cell geometry is derived from exampleModels/Solver_Suite_6_2.xml in https://github.com/virtualcell/vcell at commit fd1d4bcaf81b7a5b4642683edf7d5186cc0ed9b3. Changes: majority downsampling from 256 x 256 x 34 to 64 x 64 x 34; removal of 15 disconnected voxels; RLE encoding; an additional compact preview. The preparation script and source SHA-256 are included with the project. Display surfaces are resampled and lightly smoothed. Calculations use voxel interfaces, not the smoothed display meshes. The browser solver and interface are independently implemented by Kling Labs. The reaction structure follows the VCell Ran/cargo nuclear transport example. Concentrations are normalized. The association parameter is chosen for this teaching model; this is not an exact reproduction of the SBML kinetic model. FRAP is a 3D adaptation inspired by VCell's Simple FRAP tutorial. No affiliation, endorsement, medical prediction or clinical validation is implied. The full VCell Java client, server and native solvers are not embedded here.
